Tsalanang (Pty) Ltd plans to develop its property in Paje, close to Serowe in the central district of Botswana. Tsalanang (Pty) Ltd is a registered company that owns a plot 1,3ha plot in Paje, very close to the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. The Khama Rhino Sanctuary (KRS) is a community-based wildlife project, established in 1992 to assist in saving the vanishing rhinoceros, restore the area formally teaming with wildlife to its previous natural state and to provide economic benefit to local communities through tourism and the sustainable use of natural resources. Covering approximately 8585 hectares of Kalahari Sandveld, the sanctuary provides prime habitat for white and black rhino as well as over 30 other animal species and more than 230 species of birds.
Our closeness to the sanctuary will attract tourists, day visitors and transit guests to our facility. It will also be attractive as an option for MICE activities as well as a very ideal venue for events in the Central District. We plan to finance the development by a combination of debt and equity and are seeking an investor to contribute part of the equity funding in exchange for a minority stake in the business. We are open for discussion with any potential investor.
