Etang is currently a two-star graded guesthouse with twelve (12) rooms. The facility offers high quality hospitality services and has seen growing numbers of occupancy in it’s two years of operation. All this has been due to exceptional quality in-service provision. Etang has become the preferred choice for lodging in Nata Village for those doing local business as well as those in transit as it sits at the junction leading to two of Botswana’s top most tourist hubs, that is Maun and Kasane. Due to increased demand, the business proposes funding on three fronts. First is the establishment of a second Guest House (Etang 2) on our other plot still located in Nata. Secondly, as a way to enhance the growth, Etang was funded through a loan facility that we wish to clear and enhance our balance sheet. Finally, due to the growing demand and consumption of tourism in our neighbouring Makgadikgadi and Nxai National Parks, we propose to establish guided game drives where customers stand to feast their eyes on the big five in these national parks. For this we propose a purchase of three (3) game viewer vehicles.
